Add a survey

Collect feedback from your users using a survey

A survey is a type of Form on BigSpring, found under the "Practice" section of the Content skill on the app.

After you've created a Content skill and added a thumbnail, you can add a Form.

To add a survey, click on Form

  1. Select Survey

  2. Click on Create Form to start adding the survey questions

    1. You can give a title to the Survey you are creating for. e.g Employee Satisfaction Survey

  3. Enter a few free responses or multiple choice answers (text/image) to collect feedback from users the way you want it. E.g.

    1. Use Free Response when you need a detailed response from your learners like “What was the most valuable thing(s) you learned from the training program?”

    2. Use Text/Images when you want to give them options to choose 1 response

  4. Type in the first question - keep it clear and concise

  5. Provide relevant answer options to choose from (text or image)

  6. Repeat for additional questions

  7. Clicking Save as Draft will Save the Survey and you can make further edits to it. If you click Publish then it will Save the Survey and you won't be able to make further updates to it.

    Note: Once you publish a Survey you will only be able to update the Question, Answers, and Title texts, the rest of the functionality will freeze for any edits
