Add a quiz

Allow users to quickly practice what they've learnt

There 3 types of Forms and 2 types of quizzes on BigSpring

After you've created a Content skill and added a thumbnail, you can add a Form.

To add a quiz, click on Form under the "Content" section.

Ungraded quiz

  1. Select Ungraded Quiz
    ​

  2. Click on Create Form to start adding the ungraded questions

    1. You can give a title to the Quiz you are creating for. e.g Trivia, IQ Quiz etc

  3. Enter a few multiple-choice answer quizzes for learners to quickly practice what they've just learned.

  4. Type in the first question - keep it clear and concise

  5. Provide answer options (we recommend adding a minimum of 3) to choose from (text or image)

  6. Mark the correct answer

  7. Click Close

  8. Repeat for additional questions

  9. Clicking Save as Draft will Save the Quiz and you can make further edits to it. If you click Publish then it will Save the Quiz and you won't be able to make further updates to it.

    Note: Once you publish a Quiz you will only be able to update the Question, Answers, and Title texts, the rest of the functionality will freeze for any edits

Publish the Content skill by clicking Publish. It will take a couple of minutes to upload all the assets.

Graded quiz

  1. Select Graded Quiz
    ​

  2. Click on Create Form to start adding the graded questions

    1. You can give a title to the Quiz you are creating for. e.g Trivia, IQ Quiz etc

  3. Enter a few multiple-choice answer quizzes to test the understanding for learners

  4. Type in the first question - keep it clear and concise

  5. Provide up to 3 answer options to choose from (text or image)

  6. Mark the correct answer

  7. Click Close

  8. Repeat for additional questions

  9. Clicking Save as Draft will Save the Quiz and you can make further edits to it. If you click Publish then it will Save the Quiz and you won't be able to make further updates to it.

  10. In Correct to Pass field, enter the number of total correct answers in the entire quiz your users need to pass the quiz

  11. In Max Attempts field, enter the number of tries you want to give your learners to attempt the quiz
