Go to admin.bigspring.io and sign in with your registered email address or phone number (see Get Started on Admin for more details).
1. Go to the Skills tab from the menu on the left
2. Click on New Skill
Drag and drop to Upload a unique, colorful, explanatory and inviting cover image that is 720 by 405 pixels. This can be the cover slide of your ppt or you can resize free stock images from canva.com
Enter the Skill Name (usually the same as the Display Name) up to 5 words. Use sentence case so it’s easy to read.
The system will automatically create an alphanumeric Skill ID. Feel free to change it to something more specific.
Enter the Skill Duration (how long a learner should expect to take) Video length + 1m to flip through the flashcards and answer a multiple choice quiz + 2-5 minutes to create and submit a Rep. (You can revisit this if you’re not sure yet)
(Optional) A description of the skill for your company administrators and peers to refer to.
