Recommendations for Moderating Reps

  1. A great Rep uses as many learning points in the skill as possible and demonstrates the use of it well.

  2. Check if the Rep format selected by the learner is the most well suited one for the question. If not, you could suggest this to the learner as a feedback.

  3. If you feel that the Rep either lacks the right information or is incomplete, for example if the learner has sent a one word answer or a blank response, please select the ‘Feedback’ response option.

  4. While giving your feedback, make sure to start with an encouraging message and then give constructive feedback on how the learner can improve the demonstration. For example, “Good try. Could you please elaborate a bit more?”.

  5. If you are satisfied with the Rep please select the ‘Approve’ response option and make sure to share a positive comment such as, “Great demonstration!”.

  6. Please try to moderate a Rep within 24-48 hours of receiving it to ensure your learner is able to complete their learning.

  7. Also make sure to look out for notifications from us related to your coaching activity status.
