What are the different notifications sent to a coach and learner?

Know in which all events users are notified on BigSpring?

Here is the list of events that are triggered via WhatsApp and or email to the learners and coaches, When:

For Learner:

  1. To sign up for BigSpring

  2. Hasn't logged into the app

  3. Logged in but have yet to start the first skill

  4. Unlocked first rep, guide a learner on what is a rep and best practices for submission

  5. Unlocked first rep but hasn't yet submitted

  6. Have more than one pending rep for >48hrs

  7. New content is assigned

  8. Finished a learning plan

For Coaches:

  1. Summary of progress- Reps approved/feedback, existing backlog and approval rate

  2. When a coach has more than 1 Rep in the backlog for >48hrs
