Unlocked first rep, guide a learner on what is a rep and best practices for submission
Unlocked first rep but hasn't yet submitted
Have more than one pending rep for >48hrs
New content is assigned
Finished a learning plan
For Coaches:
Summary of progress- Reps approved/feedback, existing backlog and approval rate
When a coach has more than 1 Rep in the backlog for >48hrs
