If you have done your Reps but have not received a certificate via email or WhatsApp yet, it’s usually because the play isn’t fully “done”:
Pending coach feedback: Certificates are a signal of readiness that are earned after a coach has approved your reps. If your coach has requested a redo, it’s just an invitation to try again and sharpen your execution to lock in those points.
Points on the table: Ensure every rep in the play has a green tick. If you see Coins or a Redo icon, you aren't done yet.
Check with your coach: Reach out to your coach to see if your reps are still pending their review.
