How do I build muscle memory with Reps?

Excellence is a muscle, and you build it through the See, Do, Share loop. Muscle memory happens at every stage of this process:

  • See it – See what “good” looks like through real examples and best practices from your team.

  • Do it – Try, refine, and repeat scenarios before you go live.

  • Share it – Share wins, objections & field insights so the whole team gets better.

Recording pro-tips:

  • Check your audio: Make sure your microphone is on and that Reps has permission to access your camera and microphone. A great rep needs clear sound so the AI or your coach can hear your delivery.

  • Your private space: Try, refine, and repeat as many times as you need. Reps is your private space to prepare before the moment matters.

  • GuideAI (your AI coach): If enabled, use the AI feedback to further sharpen your execution in private before you choose to send it to your coach for review.
