If you have logged in but do not see any tiles, or if you are missing a specific set of Reps you were expecting, it usually means they have not been assigned to your account yet.
Assigned tiles: Your Reps are assigned to you by your company based on your specific role or team.
Missing specific Reps: If your homescreen shows some tiles but you cannot find a specific one, it may not have been pushed to your account yet.
Check with your contact: For security reasons, Reps support cannot manually assign tiles to your account. If you are missing content, please reach out to your internal company contact for Reps.
Refresh your screen: If you were recently told that Reps were assigned to you, try closing the app and reopening it, or refreshing the page at https://app.reps.ai, to update your home screen.
