Accessing Reps on office WI-FI

Is Reps blocked on your office network?

Sometimes, strict corporate WI-FI settings can prevent you from loading the app, logging in, or uploading your reps. If you can use Reps on mobile data (4G or 5G) but experience connection errors or endless loading spinners on office WI-FI, your IT department may need to "whitelist" our platform.

What to tell your IT team:

Please ask your IT administrator to allow traffic for the following domain:

  • *.reps.ai

Note: For security reasons, we do not recommend whitelisting specific IP addresses, as these can change. Whitelisting the domains listed above is the most reliable way to ensure you have uninterrupted access.
