I can't log in: wrong email, phone number or account not found

If you see an error message when trying to log in, it is usually because the email address or phone number you are entering does not match our records.

  • The wrong email or phone number: This issue often occurs for partners, freelancers, or external agents. Your organization may have registered you using a specific corporate email or a phone number that differs from the one you use daily.

  • Invitation required: You must be officially invited to Reps by your organization before you can access the platform.

Important: For security reasons, Reps support cannot change your registered email address or manually add you to a company account. If your details are not recognized, please reach out to your internal company contact for Reps to verify exactly which email address or phone number was used for your registration.
