Didn’t receive your login code?

To keep your account secure, we send a 6-digit verification code to your email or phone every time you log in. If it has not arrived within 2 minutes, please try these steps:

  • NEW: Sign in with Microsoft: If your company uses Outlook or Office 365, you can now skip the code entirely by selecting the "Sign in with Microsoft" option on the login screen.

  • Sign in with Google: You can also use the "Sign in with Google" option to access your account immediately without waiting for an email code.

  • Search for the sender: Search your inbox specifically for an email from [email protected].

  • Check all email folders (Spam, Junk, Quarantine, or Promotions): High-security company firewalls often flag automated codes as spam or move them to a quarantine area. Gmail users should also check the "Promotions" category tab.

  • Check your SMS spam and signal: If you are using a phone number, ensure you have a strong cellular signal. Check your SMS spam folder or blocked messages, as some network carriers have restrictions that may filter out automated codes.

  • Verify your details: Double-check that you entered your official work email or the correct phone number registered with your company.

  • The 2-minute rule: Do not request a new code immediately, as multiple requests can clog the system and make the first code invalid.
